An Education Policy Test:
School #1 gets 8k per student and its
students make the grade.
School #2 get 12K per student and it students
don't make the grade.
Lets assume there is an extra 4k per school that was
just laying around. Which school should get the 4k per
student ?

I Hate Inaccurate Headlines:
"U.N., Iraqis debate ballots while insurgency takes the 530th American life" :
By Hamza Hendawi, Associated Press, 2/8/2004 16:21
That is the headline from the Associated Press and published in the Boston Globe. And it WRONG. What is wrong with reporting today. It not suppose to be fiction. Here is data on
coalition deaths in Iraq. And unless the Insurgency is responsible for 186 non combat related deaths then this headline is totally wrong.
Why is this allowed. I think we need to pass a law that puts substantial fines for incorrect news reports. Because this is ridiculous.
